Are your amenity products made in the US?

Most of our soap products are made in our plant in Aurora, Illinois, USA. However, due to customer demand we may bring in certain specialty items such as 100% vegetable base bar soaps from our factories in Asia. Our amenity liquids basically come from China, much like almost everybody else's. However, we are continually looking for viable alternate supply channels for amenity liquids made in North America, possibly Europe. At the end, we will always opt for what's in the best long-term economic interest of all stakeholders, giving a clear preference to producing in the US.

Where is my soap shipment?

Please inquire with our logistics department. We will be happy to email you all available shipping information such as shipping date, carrier chosen by us, PRO#, and approximate expected time of arrival (ETA).

Where is the shipment coming from?

All amenities ship from our warehouse in the Chicago, IL area. In VVF Amenities’ option we selectively ship from a satellite warehouse in Memphis, TN.

How do you process my purchase order?

Your complete purchase order is processed upon receipt. We confirm details by fax and/or email. Your order usually ships within 24 hours or less after it has been received. Typically, you can expect delivery of your shipment approximately 7 business days after receipt of your order.

Do you do custom logo runs (private label)?

Production requires a minimum annual purchase volume of US $150,000 per item and/or US $700,000 per program. We do not yet provide major chain logo programs at this point.

Can I combine VVF Amenities’ DIAL programs with other amenity programs in one PO?

Absolutely, please inquire for details.

Which raw materials does your soap contain?

Bar soaps are made from fats and vegetable oils. Products shipped from our Aurora, IL plant are made from tallow and coconut oil. We can make available 100% vegetable oil base (palm oil) bar soaps on request. Quantity requirements apply. Please inquire for details.

How do you protect bar soap shipments coming from the Aurora, IL plant?

All bar soaps are wrapped in a shrink sleeve pack for improved freshness and extended shelf life. This packaging mode also enhances product integrity during transportation, i.e. provides increased protection against damage en route to your location.

Does VVF Amenities ship anywhere in the Americas?

Direct trucking service (our carrier) is provided to locations in the continental US, Canada, and many locations in Mexico. Please inquire for details for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean as well as Central and South America. Quantity requirements apply.

Do you sell amenity product end users such as motels and hotels direct?

Our amenity products are marketed through our network of valued distribution partners.
